Follow the instructions below to start a Disk Safe Verification manually.

1. In the Main menu, click *Policy*.
1. In the Main Menu, click *Settings* and then *Policies*.

2. In the "Policies" list, find the necessary Policy and click on the "Verify Disk Safe Now" icon in the "Actions" column for that Policy.
2. In the _Policies_ list, find the necessary policy, click the corresponding _Actions_ icon, and select *Verify Disk Safe Now*. !Policies - Verify.png|border=1!
3. The _Details for Disk Safe_ window displays the status of the verification task and the results once the task is completed. !Details for Disk Safe.png!

Refer to the tabs in this window (Devices, Alerts, Logs, and Task) for additional details on the Disk Safe Verification process.

When the task is completed, you can close the Details for Disk Safe window.

3. Once the "Verify Disk Safe Now" icon has been clicked, the following "Details for Disk Safe" window will appear.

You can close the "Details for Disk Safe" window. Click the "OK" button on the following information message that appears.

You can see the status of the Task's fulfillment on the "Task History" screen.
