To stop and then immediately start the Agent again, follow the instructions below.
Run the #cdp-agent command with the restart option:
# /etc/init.d/cdp-agent restart
 | Note If the CDP Agent is not running, the command starts it. |
Return:
/etc/init.d/cdp-agent stop: cdp stopped
/etc/init.d/cdp-agent start: cdp started
