Solved Issue with DRDB within Xen Domu

This release corrects an issue that occurred when a User used DRDB on a Cent 5 VM. After installing the Agent and starting the backup, the backup would never complete and errors would appear.

Solved Issue with Aborting a Snapshot on Xen

This release corrects an issue with backups: when raw files were stored on CDP, the MySQL instances would fail with errors.

Solved Issue with CDP Agent Not Being Able to Build Module for FC17

This release corrects an issue in which CDP Agent was not able to build a module for FC17 (Linux 3.3 kernel).

Fixed Corruption on Virtual Device

This release corrects an issue which would cause faulty data to be returned by the virtual device on some configurations.

Solved Issue with Backups Failing on Agent

This release corrects an issue with backups failing on different partitions of Agent, with errors. For example, one backup might fail on /home, and then the next backup might complete for /home, but then fail on /var.

 Exception: Unable to start snapshot on device /dev/dm-2: Operation not permitted  

Solved Issue with an Error during a Backup

This release corrects an issue where during a replication on a Fedora Machine (with RAID and LVM, but with a single-partition sda1 mounted in "/"), the CDP would not finish taking the backup because it gets stuck replicating the "/" filesystem, which is mounted in a single partition.

Solved Issue of Removing Snapshot after Successful Backup or Unloaded Kernel Driver

This release corrects an issue whereby it was impossible to remove a snapshot after a successful backup or kernel driver unload.

Solved Issue with Not Being Able to Stop Snapshot for Device

This release corrects an issue where, within a multipath environment, it was impossible to stop a snapshot for the Device /dev/sda2 with id 2.

This release corrects an issue that would occur when customer ran a backup. The backup would fail and return this error:

 Exception: Snapshot device /dev/hcp1 for device /dev/sda3 did not settle after 60 seconds. Aborting snapshot. 

Solved Issue with CDP Agent CLI -- Was Not Possible to Unload the "hcp" Driver Using "cdp -u"

This release corrects an issue that would take place when using CDP Agent CLI. It was not possible to unload the hcp driver using cdp -u. After executing the following command on the Agent machine:

 /usr/sbin/r1soft/bin/cdp -u  

An exception message displayed:

 Global Agent Exception (std::exception): Unable to unload driver at '/dev/hcp': Operation not permitted

This release corrects a CDP Agent error encountered while creating snapshot using HCP:

 Unable to open driver at '/dev/hcp'; No such device or address 

Solved Issue with Linux Driver

This release corrects an issue with the Linux Driver: after unloading the module, you would not be able to load the module, and you would receive the following error:

 hcp: ERROR: Could not create cpd fc cache 

Solved Issue with Backup Failing for the Same Device

This release corrects this error returned by Agent:

 An exception occurred during the request. Could not stat linux block device '/dev/hcp1': No such file or directory 

Solved Issue with Agent Trying to Access a Just-Stopped Snapshot

This release corrects an issue in which, during a backup, the Agent would stop and un-mount the snapshot, but then immediately try to read from it, and fail.
