Symptom
Parallels Plesk Panel control panel users are not able to see or restore their mail files.
Cause
The Parallels Plesk Panel 9 mail location is now called PLESK_MAILNAMES_D instead of QMAIL_MAILNAMES_D, which the R1Soft scripts are looking for.
Resolution
The issue has been corrected in CDP 4.0.0.
