Linux Installations
Use the following command to restart the Linux Backup Manager:
/etc/init.d/cdp-server restart
Windows Installations
To restart the Backup Manager using the Backup Manager Configuration Utility:
- Run the Backup Manager Configuration Utility by clicking Start > (All) Programs > Idera Server Backup > Backup Manager Configuration Utility. The system displays the Backup Manager Configuration Utility.
- Click Services > Restart Server Backup Manager. The utility displays a confirmation message window.
- Click OK to confirm your request to restart the Backup Manager. Once the Backup Manager restarts successfully, the utility displays a confirmation message window.
- Click OK to close the window.
