The Server Backup Manager report preview function allows you to quickly view the last generated version of any selected report directly from the _Reports_ screen.
*To preview a report:*
# In the Main Menu, click *Reports*. The _Reports_ screen displays.
# In the _Reports_ list, click the _Actions_ icon for the report you want to preview and select *Preview*.
