Symptom
The issue was found in CDP 4.0 when used with cPanel Parallels Virtuozzo Containers (PVC). While running the Data Protection Policy, there are alerts in the "Task History":
Failed to protect one or more control panel instances
Failed to verify existence of directory '/vz/private/1000/fs/root' for control panel user '1000' ('VIRTUOZZO')
Path not found ([vz, private, 1000, fs, root])
Cause
The system looks for the path /vz/private/159/fs/root instead of the correct PVC path, /vz/private/159/root/.
Resolution
The issue has been corrected in CDP 4.2.0.
